Pacific Equity Partners
Pacific Equity Partners (PEP) invests in large management buy-out opportunities in Australia and New Zealand. The PEP stable of funds started in 1998 and the investment team is now Australia’s largest private equity firm, having closed its fourth fund with commitments of $4 billion. PEP is building a significant global business with its investments in share registry business, Link Market Services and American Stock Transfer. Previous successful investments include Emeco and Guardian Healthcare.
