AVCAL Valuation Guidelines
On 1 January 2006, AVCAL adopted the International Private Equity & Venture Capital Valuation (IPEV) Guidelines. A revised version of the Guidelines was released in September 2009, with effect for reporting periods post 1 July 2009. AVCAL asks its Investor Members to apply these Guidelines when reporting to Investors.
