Wolseley Partners was established in 1999 in Sydney by three of its principals as a firm providing consulting and advisory services to a range of corporate clients and private equity firms. Its first private equity fund was established in 2005 focusing on mid-size, unlisted, manufacturing, distribution and services companies.
