AVCAL Deal Metrics Survey

The Australian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (AVCAL) commissioned Crescendo Partners to conduct a comprehensive survey of Australian Venture Capital (VC) and Private Equity (PE) deal activity.

The survey covers the period 2005 to 2008 and includes the highs of deal activity in 2006-07 as well as the waning activity by 2008.

Despite the current economic crisis VC and PE funds are continuing to invest in Australia’s future where they can.
