Steven Billiet, MFM, MEcon
Chief Executive Officer
Steven joined INGIM Australia in January 2010 and is responsible for business and investment strategy. He has over 15 years’ experience in wealth management having worked in product management and sales, financial services, financial planning, private banking and asset management. Steven has been with the ING Group since 1994 and had held several key positions including Head of Product Management and Head of Sales for INGIM Brussels, Head of Private Banking and Bancassurance for ING Vysya Bank India and most recently as CEO of INGIM Taiwan.
James Wright, B.Ec (Hons)
Chief Investment Officer, Asset Strategies and Alternatives
James has overall responsibility for Australian Equities, Fixed Income, Listed Property, Private Equity and Quantitative Services. He is also a member of INGIM’s Australian Asset Allocation Committee, Investment Committee and the Private Equity Investment Committee and is a Non-Executive Director of the listed company, ING Private Equity Access Limited (ING PEAL). James previously held the role of Director, Fixed Income, from May 2002 until October 2007. He has also previously held roles with ANZ Investments, Treasury Corporation of Victoria (TCV), and the Department of the Treasury in Canberra.
Emmanuel Calligeris, B.Econ, M.Bus
Chief Investment Officer, Multi Strategies Group
Emmanuel is the Chief Investment Officer of INGIM's Multi-Strategies capability which covers a suite of multi-manager funds and the management of a range of ING multi-sector funds offered in the Australian market. Emmanuel joined INGIM in 1993 originally in a multi-manager role before he was appointed to his current position in November 2008. He commenced his career in finance as a Fixed Interest Adviser with Bankers Trust Australia, where he was responsible for analysing economic and technical data and interpreting it into investment strategies for fixed income portfolios.
Jim McKay, MBA, B.Ec, Grad.Dip. App.Fin, MAICD
Head of Sales
Jim is responsible for sales, client servicing, product development and marketing activities across both the institutional and wholesale segments at INGIM. An industry veteran with 20 year’s experience, Jim joined INGIM in May 2010 with significant experience across the financial services sector, having run his own private wealth management firm. Previously Jim was Deputy Managing Director of Genesys Wealth Advisers and before that Head of Retail Funds Management and Group Product Management for Goldman Sachs JBWere.
Glen Rice, BCA, CA
Head of Operations
Glen is responsible for the operations, technology, accounting, tax and performance analytics divisions of INGIM. He is also a member of the INGIM Operations, Technology, Scheme Compliance, Compliance, Risk, Product Due Diligence and Valuation Committees. Since joining in 2001 Glen has held various senior management positions in ING. He was appointed to his current role in November 2010. Glen has over 20 years experience with expertise in trading and execution management, financial markets and systems. Prior to joining ING, Glen worked at Merrill Lynch covering capital markets, derivatives, investment banking and investment management.
Graham Batten, B.Ec, CA
Head of Finance
Graham is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, accounting and tax management for INGIM. He is a Director of ING Investment Management Limited, a member of the Board Audit Committee, INGIM’s Risk Management Committee and is a Company Secretary of ING Private Equity Access Limited. Graham joined INGIM in July 2006 and was appointed to his current position in November 2010. He has over 20 years international financial markets experience covering finance, operations and technology management. He previously held senior management roles with AMP and Credit Suisse Asset Management.
Jane Mackney, B.Bus(HRM)
Head of Human Resources
Jane is responsible for developing and aligning INGIM culture, staff engagement and human resources services. Jane has over 15 years experience in Human Resources Management having worked in all areas of HR, from the operational aspects to group and global project roles. She has also worked across a number of different industries including Financial Services, Professional Services, IT and the Resources sector. Prior to joining INGIM in July 2010, Jane worked for iSOFT Group Limited where she was integral in the creation of a global HR operating model for a number of business functions.
