David McClatchy, B.Comm
Chief Executive Officer
David is responsible for ING Investment Management's (INGIM) business and investment strategy in Australia. David joined INGIM Australia in July 2004 as Chief Investment Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer and was appointed CEO on 1 October 2007, however he has been with the ING Group for the past 15 years. David is a Director of the Executive Board of INGIM Australia and a member of the Regional Investment Board of ING Investment Management Asia Pacific. Prior to joining ING David held various senior roles in banking and securities businesses in both New Zealand and London.

James Wright, B.Ec (Hons)
Chief Investment Officer, Asset Strategies and Alternatives
James has overall responsibility for Australian Equities, Fixed Income, Listed Property, Private Equity and Quantitative Services. He is also a member of INGIM’s Australian Asset Allocation Committee, Investment Committee and the Private Equity Investment Committee. James previously held the role of Director, Fixed Income, from May 2002 until October 2007. He has also previously held roles with ANZ Investments, Treasury Corporation of Victoria (TCV), and the Department of the Treasury in Canberra.

Eric Siegloff, B.Ec (Hons)
Chief Investment Officer, Macro Strategies and Portfolio Implementation
Eric is responsible for Multi-Asset portfolios, Tactical Asset Allocation, Currency management and Portfolio Implementation.  He is also responsible for the International Equities portfolios offered by INGIM in Australia. Eric chairs INGIM’s Asset Allocation Committee and is a member of the INGIM Asia-Pacific Regional Investment Board and the Global Asset Allocation Committee. Prior to joining INGIM in October 2002, Eric was Head of Research at BNP Paribas Equities Australia and Chief Economist / Head of Economics and Strategy at BZW Equities Australia.  Prior to that Eric worked at the Reserve Bank of Australia.

David Hampton, B.Bus, M.Econ
Chief Operating Officer
David is responsible for the management of the operations and information technology teams of INGIM. He also chairs the Operations Committee and is a member of the INGIM Board and Risk Management Committees. David has over 20 years experience in financial services in the context of start-ups, business transformations and joint ventures across a variety of markets and regulatory environments. His experience includes setting up finance operations in Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai and Tokyo.

Paul Pugliese, B.Comm, CA, Fellow FINSIA
Chief Administration Officer
Paul is responsible for a range of key business functions including performance and data analytics, compliance, operational risk and financial control. He is also member of the Risk Management and Compliance Committee. Paul has held several senior finance and operational roles within the investment management and insurance industries. Previously he was Head of Operations and Technology for Citigroup Asset Management’s Asia Pacific region and has also had roles with Price Waterhouse in Australia and San Francisco.

Athena Tsolakis, BA(Econ), Fellow FINSIA
Head of Product Strategy and Marketing
Athena is responsible for marketing and product development within INGIM Australia. Athena has extensive experience in financial services spanning across a range of roles and functions. Previously she was Head of Marketing at a number of  funds management organisations including Ascalon Capital Managers and HSBC Asset Management, where Athena played an integral part in the establishment of the business units and functions relating to strategic marketing, product development, distribution strategy and account management.

Emmanuel Calligeris, B.Econ, M.Bus
Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Solutions
Emmanuel is responsible for the overall multi-manager investment process.  He commenced his career in finance as a Fixed Interest Adviser with Bankers Trust Australia, where he was responsible for analysing economic and technical data and interpreting it into investment strategies for fixed income portfolios. Since joining the business in 1993, Emmanuel has had overall responsibility for investment strategies promulgated by the Manage the Manager team.

Priscilla Bowler, Grad.Dip.HR
Manager, Human Resources
Priscilla is responsible for managing the HR function of the investment management business, including supporting and advising managers and developing HR strategy in line with corporate objectives. Priscilla has over 10 years human resources experience in the financial services industry having previously worked for Promina, Perpetual and IAG.
