Investment Process 
Focuses on delivering a diverse portfolio of property and property related securities, allowing up to 10% of the portfolio to be invested in offshore real estate investment trusts (REITs). Takes into account a number of quantitative and qualitative factors, including property fundamentals, earnings quality and management strength.

Target Performance
At least 1% pa above the S&P/ASX 200 Listed Property Trusts Accumulation Index (before fees) over rolling 3 year periods.
