Investment Process
Focuses on identifying attractively valued property securities using a multi-step portfolio construction process, combining top-down regional allocation with bottom-up security selection. We use the substantial resources and experience of ING’s real estate investment arm, ING Clarion Real Estate Securities, to source, analyse and implement investments across the globe.
Target Performance
At least 2-4% pa above the UBS Global Real Estate Investors (ex Australia) Index (hedged to the Australian dollar) on a before fees/taxes basis over rolling 3 year periods.
