Investment Process 
Focuses on identifying attractively valued property securities using a multi-step portfolio construction process, combining top-down regional allocation with bottom-up security selection. We use the substantial resources and experience of real estate investment specialist, CBRE Clarion Securities, to source, analyse and implement investments across the globe.

Target Performance
At least 2-4% pa above the UBS Global Real Estate Investors (ex Australia) Index (hedged to the Australian dollar) on a before fees/taxes basis over rolling 3 year periods.
